A wagering requirement of 15 times applies to the bonus — meaning if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳22,500 in bets before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Attempting to withdraw from the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled. An account may benefit from the welcome bonus only once.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback
The jeez bus VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
A bet is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the server system. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault, network issue, or any other reason, it will be automatically cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
7.2 Result Settlement
In sports betting, results are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet settlement policy applies on an event-by-event basis. In casino games, results determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
Match fixing, use of bots, claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
